Koindom processes account, billing, and configuration data to deliver dashboard and bot functionality. Authentication is handled through Discord OAuth.

We store only the information necessary for operations, security, subscriptions, and moderation workflows. Sensitive payment details are processed by Stripe.

You can request account data export or deletion through support. Requests are completed within a reasonable legal and operational window.

Infrastructure and analytics providers may process technical telemetry for stability and abuse prevention.
