Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from billing settings. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Refund requests are accepted for eligible purchases within 7 days for non-EU customers and within 14 days for EU customers, subject to first-cycle eligibility and no prior free trial usage.

Once refunded, premium entitlements are removed immediately from all linked guilds.

To request a refund, open a support ticket on the support page and include your purchase receipt.
